The Metropolitan Atlanta HIV Health Services Planning Council needs assessment is a process of collecting information about the needs of people living with HIV (PLWH)—both those receiving care and those not in care.
If you are living with HIV or you know someone else who is living with HIV, fill out or have them fill out the confidential assessment. The Metropolitan Atlanta HIV Health Services Planning Council is trying to do some really amazing things, but can only do them when those living with HIV complete the assessment.
